At Hariom Electronics, we follow a structured dispatch and delivery process similar to leading e-commerce platforms to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- COD orders are confirmed via call/SMS verification (if applicable).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- Dispatch timelines may vary during festive seasons or high-demand sales.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Remote or outstation areas may take additional time.
- Large appliances (AC, Chimney, and Washing Machine) may be shipped via surface logistics.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply on selected products or order values.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin.
6. Open Box Delivery (If Available)
For eligible locations, open box delivery may be provided to verify product condition before accepting.
7. Risk & Ownership
Risk of product damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation.
Tax Policy
1. GST Compliance
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- GST rate is applied as per government regulations for each product category.
2. Tax Invoice
- A digital or physical GST invoice will be issued for every order.
- Customers must provide accurate billing details at checkout.
3. GST for Business Buyers
- Customers providing valid GSTIN at the time of purchase can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) as per law.
- GST details cannot be modified after order dispatch.
