3. Orders & Cancellation

Hariom Electronics reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Products must be returned in original condition with packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hariom Electronics and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hariom Electronics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased under clearance or special non-returnable offers
  • Installed appliances (unless manufacturing defect confirmed by brand service team)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  2. Share your order details, invoice copy, and product images/videos.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm approval.
  4. Once approved, the product must be returned to our store/warehouse or arranged for pickup (if applicable).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Important Note

For branded appliances (like chimneys, ACs, washing machines), installation and defect verification may require inspection from the authorized brand service team before approval of return or replacement.
