Troubleshooting steps
Set is not working: Check the ON/OFF switch given at back panel or main power cable plug
Satellite is not working: Check the cable of Satellites to be connected properly
No Sound:
a) Increase the sound level through Volume +/- key
b) Check & connect the Input signal cable properly
Low Bass:
a) Adjust the Bass level by SW+/- keys
b) It depends on the Bass effect of given input music as well
Not connecting with new Bluetooth device: Disconnect the presently connected BT device first to connect with another device
Not getting sound in SL, SR & CEN speaker: There are 2 possible cause
a) Input is stereo: If you are giving Stereo input at AUX terminal. Select AUX as Input via Source key. And â€œPrologicâ€ as 5.1 channel output through Sound key of remote
b) Input is DVD (5.1): Select 5.1 as Input through Source key & â€œNormalâ€ through Sound key of remote.
